Tengo el placer de comunicar, por medio del correo que enviaron al EELA sobre el Call for Papers del Congreso Latinoamericano de computación de alto rendimiento CLCAR 2007 que se llevara a cabo en Santa Marta, donde vamos a tener una cantidad de conferencistas internacionales y nacionales. Soy parte del comité organizador, si existe alguna pregunta acerca del congreso con mucho gusto la contestare.

LATINAMERICAN CONFERENCE OF HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING SANTA MARTA, COLOMBIA 13-AUGUST 07 TO 18*** CALL FOR PAPERS ***
Dear all:
The LATINOAMERICAN CONFERENCE OF HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING seekspapers describing significant research contributions to the field of high performance computer and systems. We invite submissions on thisspecific research area in two modalities:

(OP) Oral Presentation (P) Poster
All papers will be rigorously reviewed by a commite, with a strong focus on the combination of scientific results and practical impact.
Topics of interest include (but are not limited to):

(1) Platforms, Systems and Infrastructure
(Clusters, Grids and Distributed Systems and Architectures,Middlewares, Operating Systems, P2P, ... )

(2) E-Science and Applications
(Bioinformatics App' s, Astrophysical Apps', Economy App's,...)

(3) Headlines and Special Topics(Alghorithms, Parallel Languages, Administration of Resources,...)

Authors are invited to submit technical papers of a most 10 pages,with including figures and references. Papers that exceed this lengthwill be rejected outright. These papers should be written to beself-contained and to provide the technical substance required for the program committee to evaluate the paper's contribution. All manuscripts will be reviewed and judged on correctness, originality, technical strength, importance, quality of presentation and interestand relevance to the symposium. Submitted papers may not have appeared in or be consideration for another conference or a journal, nor may they be under review or submitted to another forum during the CLCAR Conference 2007 review process.
